By accessing or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

A license is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Luminativ's applications for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
